When you submit artwork to be imprinted on a promotional product we would like a file saved as vector or line art. We prefer an .EPS or .AI file with all colors identified by PMS numbers. Please convert your image to outlines (create outlines) so that fonts will not have to be included with the art file. Don’t know what that means or how to get the correct art to us? Perhaps your budget does not allow for $100.00+ to create or convert. e2 promotions, inc. has the solution and the ability to include design and/or convert your art with every order.

If our graphics department does put in the effort to design or convert for an order that has been cancelled, e2 promotions, inc., reserves the right to charge the minimal fee for the art, which can range from $45.00 on up, dependant on what was involved. This info will be outlined in your order acknowledgement if applicable.
