Acknowledgements: All orders are promptly acknowledged in writing by fax or email it is your responsibility to review and sign, then fax to 815-385-8176. If e2 promotions, Inc does not receive your signed acknowledgement then your order is not active. This policy is effective in ensuring all info is accurate.
Artwork: To minimize art charges, customer should provide “production ready” artwork, otherwise any changes or alterations are subject to charges. Artwork must be submitted accordingly. Click here for artwork specifications
Cancellations: Customer is responsible for all work completed up to time of cancellation – including artwork, die / set up charges & production, which ever is applicable and already charged to e2 promotions, inc.
Customer Samples: Samples can be requested with the assistance of a Promotions Specialist at 815-385-7766 or e-mail samples@e2promo.com
Promos will provide a free sample up to $7.00 (in the leftmost pricing column shown on the product page).
e2 promotions inc. will also pay for free shipping by ground on your first sample. You can provide your shipping account number if you would like the shipment expedited.
If you would like additional samples, we are happy to provide them to you. We ask that you call e2 promotions; Inc., for assistance as there will be a charge for additional samples and shipping. Once you become a client, you can expect a higher sample limit as our relationship grows.
Credits: All credits applied to an invoice must have prior “written” approval from e2 promotions, Inc. Withholding of any portion of an invoice will be considered as “non payment” and handled accordingly.
Deliveries / Shipping: Standard delivery times are agreed upon at time of order. They may have to be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances associated with custom manufacturing, where shipping methods may have to be upgraded to meet your order deadline. e2 promotions, inc., will always contact you prior to upgrading any ship method. All orders will be shipped UPS standard unless otherwise specified.
Drop Shipments / Split Shipments: Drop shipments or single order with a split ship may be subject to additional charges.
Less than minimum: You may contact us should you need a quantity less then what is stated, if applicable with our factories, an additional charge may apply
Ordering: No telephone orders will be entered until an order acknowledgement is reviewed and signed.
Overruns & Underruns: Due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to ship and invoice for 5% over & under the quantity ordered – any order requiring specific quantity must be specified prior to order placement.
PMS Colors: If your artwork demands a precise color that will comply with your company’s image, that PMS number must be provided to us, otherwise we do our best to match as closely as possible.
Pricing: Prices shown are effective January 1, 2005 and are subject to change without notice. Call for quantities not listed in our catalog or web. All prices are in U.S Dollars. Pricing does not include freight, handling or tax
Terms & Payments: New accounts require a 100% prepay with the first order until a credit application is completed, at that point a net 30 day terms may be extended with interest of 2% per month charged on overdue accounts. Visa and MasterCard’s are accepted, as well as money orders and checks. NSP payment will result in a $25.00 service charge and possible loss of any established credit privileges.
Trademarks & Promotions: All designs submitted to e2 promotions by their customers are deemed to be in full compliance with all existing laws of trademarks, copyright, patent registration, and privacy regulations at time of submission. The customer in submitting these designs to e2promo takes full responsibility for all of theses issues, and agrees to hold e2 promo harmless to any claims of damages, costs, or expenses resulting from any legal actions as a result of e2 promo using any of said materials in the fulfillment of the customer’s order. We do reserve the right to use all products produced by our company in our advertising and displays unless specified by the customer to the contrary.
Guarantee: All merchandise manufactured through e2 promotions, inc., is unconditionally guaranteed to be free from defects of material and workmanship. Any merchandise found to be defective would be replaced by e2 promotions. If merchandise is found to be defective by the customer, they will be supplied with a Return Authorization # and UPS account number for its return, at that point the customer will receive replacement or credit immediately.
Production Time: Production starts once the order and art are approved for production. Production time does not include the day the order was received and acknowledged by the customer
